  • Electronic key box is installed at property
  • Photo Fact Sheet is created
  • Listing is added to office duty master file
  • Ads are created and submitted to local newspapers
  • Ad is created and submitted for Nashville Homes Magazine

Week 1

  • Copies of all important documents are mailed to homeowner
  • Point of Purchase display is set up in the home consisting of the Home Book, Photo Fact Sheets and business cards
  • Digital Pictures are made for the Internet
  • Listing placed on Internet on the Realtors Information Network www.REALTOR.com
  • Listing placed on website www.LINDAHACKETT.net
  • Multiple photos are uploaded onto MLS
  • Photo ad appears in the local newspapers
  • Copies of ads are mailed to homeowner
  • Progress on the sale of the home in entered on website for review by the homeowner

Week 2

  • Feedback on property showing and sale progress
  • Photo ad appears in Nashville Homes Magazine
  • Photo ad appears in local newspapers
  • Photo fact sheets are restocked (as needed)
  • Copies of ads are mailed to homeowner
    Customer Workstation is updated for the homeowner’s review

Week 3

  • Open House is held (optional)
  • Review comments from showing agents with homeowner
  • Photo ad appears in local newspapers
  • Copies of ads are mailed to homeowner

Week 4

  • One-month market review with homeowner.Discuss recent area sales, review marketing strategies, compare competing homes in the area, etc.
  • Determine best marketing mix based on 1st month’s results and feedback
